现代制造设备集成故障诊断系统设计

【摘要】 在分析现代制造设备的诊断任务和要求的基础上,提出了一种集加工过程状态监测与故障诊断于一体的现代制造设备集成故障诊断系统的设计思想.介绍了系统的硬软件结构,并就其几个主要模块或功能子系统,给出了系统的实现方法

【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of the diagnostic tasks and the requirements of modern manufacturing equipments, the design ideas of an integrated fault diagnosis system for modern manufacturing equipments with the integration of process condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are put forward. The architecture of the software and hardware of the system is described in detail and the major modules or functional sub systems such as the diagnostic knowledge acquisition and representation, the fault data collection as well as the integrated diagnostic reasoning mechanism are presented. The system designed is proved feasible and effective in practice.
