轴系扭振试验台的研制
A Test Bed for Torsional Vibration of the Shaft Train
【摘要】 研制了模拟汽轮发电机组机电动态过程的扭振试验台;介绍了模拟引进型300MW汽轮机组轴系试验台的模拟方法和设计原则;利用试验台进行了机电动态试验;对轴系扭振进行了测试.试验表明,该试验台可用于验证机电动态仿真程序及研究扭振机理.
【Abstract】 A torsional vibration test bed to be used to simulate the dynamic process of the turbogenerator set is developed. The simulating method and design principle of the shaft train of an imported 300MW turbogenerator to be tested on the bed are described. Electro-mechanical dynamic experiments and torsional vibration tests of the shafting have been carried out on the bed. Experimental results show that the test bed can be used to verify the electromechanical dynamic stimulation program and to study the mechanism of the shaft torsional vibration.
