【摘要】 28例胸颈大血管损伤,急诊病例行血管破口修复,或加涤伦片修复缺损区,或以大隐静脉移植替代;假性动脉瘤病例行动脉瘤破口修复,切除动脉瘤行血管端端吻合,或以Gore—Tex人造血管替代重建血管.颈动脉或无名动脉起始部损伤以胸骨正中径路显露佳.治愈20例(71.4%),好转1例,死亡7例(25.0%).更多还原

【Abstract】 28 cases of great vessel njury in cervix and chest were surgically treated. The emergent cases directly underwent the repair of rupture combined with Dacron prosthetic patch for defects or with grafted au-tosaphanous vein. The cases of false aneurysm were performed the repair of rupture,end to end anastomosis after the resection of the aneurysm,or reconstruction of vascularization by using a Gore-Tex conduit. The median sternal incision was a better approach for the proximal injury of carotid and innominate arteries. The operative resuls showed 20 cases were cured(71. 4%) ,1 improvement and 7 died(25- 0%). It was demonstrated that timely diagnosis immediate operation and effective postoperative treatment were the key for the decrease of hospital mortality.更多还原
