用脉图方法观察 2.5h 头低位 15°倾斜期间心血管系统的变化

【摘要】 为了解航天员航天初期心血管功能的动态变化,用脉图方法观察了19名被试者在2.5h头低位15°倾斜(HDT)期间的心血管功能。结果表明,HDT期间心血管指标变化可分为两个时期:急性反应期(<1h)和反应期(1~2.5h)。主要的变化是:循环血量、每搏量、心输出量增加,心率减慢,心脏的前后负荷、中心静脉压、冠脉循环功能、血压、全身血管阻力下降,,迷走紧张度增加,血管调节能力下降。大部分指标变化与航天中及有关报道一致。提示脉图检测法应用于航天医学研究是有可能的。

【Abstract】 To understand the changes of cardiovascular functions in the initial stage of space flight, the changes in 19 healthy young men during 2.5h head down tilt(HDT) (15°) were observed with CF-II cardiovascular function detecting and diagnosing equipment.The blood pressure and sphygmogram of left radial arterial were recorded in sedentary condition and at 10th,30th,60th,90th,120th and 140th minute of HDT.The results showed that changes of cardiovascular indeices during HDT can be divided into acute regulation stage (<1h) and the regulation stage (1~2.5h);circulatory blood volume,stroke volume and cardiac output were increased, while heart rate,pre and after load of the heart,CVP,coronary circulatary function,blood pressure and systemic vascular resistance were decreased; the vagus feedback index increased and the regulation function of vasscule decreased.Most of the changes of cardiovascular indices as reflected in the sphygmogram are in consistant with the reported result in space flight or simulated micro-G, so the sphygmogram method might be applied to space medical research.
