一个与数字回忆关联的脑电位成分(英文)
A New Component of Brain Potentials Clearly Related to Number Recall
【摘要】 为在脑的事件关联电位(ERPs)中分离出与数字回忆有关的成分,本文比较了22名被试者在对等效的数字声音信号分别进行选择反应和选择心算作业中的靶和非靶信号的ERPs。结果发现在选择心算的ERPs中,在0.3~0.6s期间出现一个显著的位于额-中央区的负电位成分,此负电位成分虽与近年报道的与记忆有关的N400成分有相近之处,但也有明显不同的时-空特征。由于在上述二种作业中,对非靶信号的反应要求分别是不进行拨开关反应和累加心算,因此二者引起的脑活动均包括对信号的感知、判断和决策,差别仅在于在选择心算作业中,在判断为非靶信号后,为准备下一次可能的累加心算,需对上次累加的结果进行回忆,故上述负电位成分很可能与这种数字回忆过程有关。在选择心算的靶ERPs中,尽管存在着非常显著的正慢电位,但此负电位成分仍清楚可见,且与非靶ERPs中的负电位成分具相同的时空特征。选择心算靶ERPs中的正慢电位可能与脑进行认知活动时非特异系统中的主动抑制过程有关,其意义值得进一步研究。
【Abstract】 To isolate specific component related to number recall from brain potentials,event-related potentials(ERPs) during selective response(SRP) and selective mental arithmetic(SMA) to equivalent auditory number signals were compared in 22 normal subjects. It was found that a significant negative component appeared in the target and non target ERPs during SMA in the period of 0.3 to 0.6 s post stimulation which was prominent at the fronto central brain locations. According to the major difference between brain activities during SMA and SRPs, it is reasonable to consider the negative potential a specific component related to number recall. The prominent slow positive potentials in SMA’s target ERPs might reflect the attention or active inhibitory process during SMA.
