日本对虾幼体几种消化酶活力的研究

【摘要】 本文以酶学分析方法测定了日本对虾各期幼体的几种消化酶活力。实验结果表明,在日本对虾幼体发育过程中,胃蛋白酶和类胰蛋白酶活力逐渐增大,淀粉酶活力呈下降趋势,纤维素酶和脂肪酶活力极微。在食性转换过程中,胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力出现较明显变化。同时还探讨采用淀粉酶/类胰蛋白酶活力(A/T比值)作为甲壳动物幼体的食性指标。

【Abstract】 We determined several digestive enzyme activities in the larvae of penaeusjaponicus using enzyme analytical method. The experimental results indicate thatthe activities of pepsin enzyme and tryptase increase and the activities of amylase enzyme reduce during larval development of prawn. The activities of cellulaseenzyme and lipase are fairly low. The activities of pepsin enzyme, tryptase andamylase change remarkably in feeding habits transformation. In addition we suggest that the ratio of amylase to tryptase enzyme activities (A/T) can be usedas the feeding habits target of crustacean larvae.
