【摘要】 对４３例银屑病患者，应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了白介素８（ＩＬ－８）的血清含量。同时对其中１２例患者，应用免疫组化技术，观察了ＩＬ－８在其皮损及非皮损区的染色强度。结果表明，银屑病患者血清ＩＬ－８含量明显高于正常人；增高程度与银屑病面积严重程度指数（ＰＡＳＩ）积分相关；皮损处ＩＬ－８染色强度高于非皮损区和正常人皮肤。提示ＩＬ－８在银屑病的发生发展上具有一定作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum level of Interleukin 8(IL 8) in 43 patient with psoriasis vulgaris was examined with ELISA,and we used an immunohistochemistry technique to investigate IL 8 in the skin lesions and uninvolved psoriatic epidermis from 12 patients of them.The results indicated that the mean serum level of IL 8 in psoriatic patients was remarkedly higher than that in controls and related to psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score.In addition,the IL 8 staining was significantly increased in skin lesions.It is suggested that IL 8 may play an important role in the happen and the development of psoriasis.更多还原
