一阶导数光谱法测定小儿镇咳合剂中磷酸可待因的含量
DETERMINATION OF THE CODEINE PHOSPHATE CONTENT IN ANTICOUGH MIXTURE FOR INFANT BY FIRST DERIVATTVE SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 采用一阶导数光谱法测定小儿镇咳合剂中磷酸可待因的含量，合剂中其它成分不干扰测定，方法简便，结果准确。平均回收率为100．87％，RSD＝0．72％（n＝6）。
【Abstract】 The determination of the codeine phosphate in anticough mixture for infant by using components in the mixture did not influence the analysis. The average recovery of codeine phosphate was 100.87%, and RSD=0.72%(n=6)
