纤维素三(3,5-二硝基)苯甲酸酯手性固定相的制备和应用研究
Study on the Preparation and Application of Cellulose Tris(3,5-dinitro)benzoate as Chiral Stationary Phase
【摘要】 纤维素三(3,5-二硝基)苯甲酸酯用超声反应合成,具有反PirkleⅠ型手性固定相的结构,将其涂布在大孔硅胶载体上,用作一种新的高效液相色谱手性固定相,成功地拆分了布洛芬和氰戊菊酯的中间体.讨论了其分离的机理.
【Abstract】 Cellulose tris (3,5- dinitro) benzoate (CTNB) was ultra - sonically synthesized as a reversed Pirkle chiral stationary phase(CSP) type I. After coating on macroporous silica gel, the chiral separation ability was studied as HPLC CSP.The resolution of ibuprofenum was performedwith γ = 1. 25, the resolution of an esfenvalerate intermediate was also achieved (γ=1.39). The mechanism and model of separation were discussed.
