VitaⅡ型及PlatⅡ型陶瓷与牙体组织粘接强度的研究

【摘要】 采用三种粘接剂(Vitacerec,Panavia21,TF粘接剂),将VitaMKⅡ型切削陶瓷、PlatⅡ型铸造陶瓷与牙釉质、牙本质粘接,考察其抗张粘接强度。结果表明:Vitacerec为VitaⅡ型切削陶瓷专用粘接剂,其与牙釉质、牙本质粘接强度高,分别为8.91MPa、8.48MPa;Panavia21可用于PlatⅡ型陶瓷与牙釉质、牙本质粘接,粘接强度为10.9MPa和7.13MPa,同时亦可用于VitaⅡ型陶瓷与牙釉质的粘接,其强度为7.48MPa;而TF粘接剂尚需改进,提高其与陶瓷的粘接强度。

【Abstract】 This study compared the tensile bond strengths of Vita Ⅱ machinable ceramic and Plat Ⅱ castable ceramic bonding to teeth with three resin cements. The three adhesive cements were Vita cerec, Panavia 21 and TF adhesives. The results showed: ①The Vita cerec was a good adhesive for VitaⅡ ceramic bonding to enamel and dentine, the bond strengths were 8.91 MPa and 8.48 MPa; ②The Panavia 21 was suitable for PlatⅡ ceramic bonding to enamel and dentine, the bond strengths were 10.92 MPa and 7.13 MPa respectively. And it was also a good adhesive for Vita Ⅱ ceramic bonding to enamel, the bond strength was 7.48 MPa; ③TF had poor adhesive effects for both ceramic materials.
