盐酸氟桂嗪离子选择性电极的研制

【摘要】 本文报导了所研制的盐酸氟桂嗪离子选择性电极。基于不同的离子缔合物、含量及增塑剂对电极性能的影响,采用正交设计法来综合考察它们的交互作用,筛选了电极膜的组成,测试了电极的性能。结果表明:以盐酸氟桂嗪—四苯硼钠离子缔合物为活性物质,DBP或DOP为增塑剂制成的PVC膜电极的性能最佳。其响应范围为1.0×10-4—5×10-3mol/L,检测下限为3.5×10-5mol/L,响应斜率为58mV/pC(25C),并且该电极稳定性较好,应用它对合成样品进行测定,取得了满意的结果,其平均回收率为99.2%。

【Abstract】 Based on the consideration of the effects of the kind and concentration of various ionic complexes and plaslicizers in membrane phase with the aid of orthogonal design, te-traphenylboron-flunarizine and DBP or DOP were chosed as the electroactive mateiarl and plsticizer respectively. This studied electrode has good stability and reproducibility. The corre-spnding linear range of this electrode is 1. 0× 10-4 to 5. 0× 10-3 mol/L with the slope of 58 mV/dccadc(25℃ ), the minimaldetection limit is 3. 5 × 10-5 mol/L. This electrode can be used to determine the amount of flunarizine hydrochloride in the synthetic samples with satisfactory result. The average recovery is 99. 2%.
