【Abstract】 In a survey of various unit purification processes,the mutagecities of organic extracts of drinking water taken from a city were tested,and the influence of various unit process on purifying efficiency was studied .By means of Ames test ,the results showed that the water samples from non-chlorinated treatment were negative with TA 98 and TA 100 strains .Although the mutagenicity after chlornation was positive,it was found that the effluence from the new process had less mutaganic activity than that of the present process.更多还原
