【Abstract】 The designs and commercial tests of large mesh trawl in 58.8 kW fishing vessel are provided in this paper. According to the ecological behavior of pelagic fish, the largest mesh of 7m was selected. On the basis of adequate discussion on the mouth perimeter, netting yam attaching and body configuration, a large mesh trawl with 182m×94.7m in size was designed. From the commercial tests, the production of large mesh trawl increased more than 60% over that of trawl with 5m in mesh.更多还原
