【Abstract】 In this paper,a kind of the steping- optimum methed of the structune and parametres for the system design is proposed . Then the application of the method in designed the Toc controller is described. The research of the difficult control degree of the controlled object showed that the controller base on the method satisfies universal law of the delay system research, Simplifings process of the optimal desigh and makes it possible to optimum the infimite dimension object.更多还原
