【摘要】 取３０岁～５０岁之间，无其他严重并发症的原因不明性脱发患者４８例，按五脏虚损判别标准归为心虚、肝虚、肺虚、肾虚四组，并设正常人对照组，全部空腹抽血，测试全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、血球压积、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原七项血液流变学指标，并进行统计学处理。从结果可以看出：心虚与肝虚的脱发患者全血比粘度及血浆比粘度均有增高趋势，与正常人比较Ｐ＜０．０５，说明心、肝虚损脱发患者的血液呈高粘滞状态。心虚脱发患者的红细胞聚集指数亦高于其他各型及正常人，Ｐ＜０．０５。血球压积、血沉等其他项目未见明显异常变化。提示血液高粘滞状态及相关的微循环变化可能是脱发发病诸多因素之一，采用活血化瘀法纠正微循环和改善血液流变学指标应能达到治疗目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The selected 48 cases,aged from 30 to 50,suffering from baldness without clear causes and severe complication,were classified into four groups-the group of deficiency of the heart,of the liver,of the lungs and of the kidney-according to the discrimination criterion of deficiency of five Zang organs,meanwhile,the normal control group was set up.Having had hemospasia with empty stomach,the patients and the people of the normal control group underwent six tests of blood rheologic indexes such as specific viscosity of whole blood,specific viscosity of blood plasma,compression of blood cells,blood sedimentation,aggregation index of erythrocytes and fibrinogen,after that all the results were dealt with by statistics.The results showed that the patients of baldness due to deficiency of the heart and of the liver tended to have high level of specific viscosity of whole blood and blood plasma.Compared with the normal group,the diseased group was P <0 05,which indicated that the blood of the patients of baldness due to deficiency of the heart and of the liver was in a state of high viscosity.The aggregation index of erythrocytes of the patients of baldness due to deficiency of the heart was higher than that of people of any other type or of normal group,and P >0 05 was for this type.There were no obvious abnormal changes in the tests of compression of blood cells,blood sedimentation and other items.The tests suggested that high blood viscosity and related changes of microcirculation might be one of the causes leading to baldness.Therapeutic effect could be achieved by removing blood stasis and promoting blood circulation to improve microcirculation and blood rheologic index.更多还原
