【摘要】 本研究通过对脾气虚证患者的血乳酸含量和血清乳酸脱氢酶活性的测定，结合临床表现的量化诊断和疗效评定，对脾气虚证患者的临床表现及其乳酸代谢的状况进行了观察。结果表明：脾气虚时，患者多有肢体倦怠酸困、神疲乏力等症状，同时血乳酸含量增高，血清乳酸脱氢酶活性下降。而健脾益气方药对上述病理改变有良好的治疗作用。这说明乳酸代谢异常是脾气虚证的病理改变之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the study some patients with insufficiency of the spleen qi were observed on their clinical manifestations and the condition of lactic acid metabolism by means of determining the content of the patients′lactic acid in the blood and activity of serum lactic dehydrogenase(SLDH) and also in combination with quantitative diagnosis in clinic and the therapeutic effect.The result showed that when the patients suffering from insufficiency of the spleen qi,they had symptoms of lassitude and weakness of the body,mental tiredness,etc,Meanwhile the content of blood lactic acid increased while the activity of serum lactic dehydrogenase decreased.Applied prescription of strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi was proved an excellent effect in treating above mentioned pathologic changes,which suggested that the abnormal lactic acid metabolism was one of the phathologic changes in syndrome of insufficiency of the spleen qi.更多还原
