偏钒酸钠对雄性小鼠生殖功能影响的研究
Study on the Effects of Mtavanadate on Reproductive Function in Male Mice
【摘要】 雄性小鼠分别经腹腔注射每公斤体重0.33,1.00和3.00mg偏钒酸钠(NaVO3)。染毒后第2,4,6周末每组随机取5只小鼠观察精子数量、精子形态、精子存活率及精子活动能力的变化,结果:染毒后第2周末,Ⅳ(3.00mg/kg)组精子存活率和精子活动能力明显降低(P<0.05),其它指标无明显改变;第4周末,精子畸形率增高(P<0.05),精子活动能力进一步降低(P<0.01),而Ⅲ(1.00mg/kg)组的精子活动能力也见下降(P<0.05);第6周末,Ⅳ组精子畸形率进一步增高(P<0.01),精子计数量显著降低(P<0.01),Ⅲ组的精子计数也下降(P<0.05)。提示NaVO3可影响雄性小鼠精子的发生,其中精子存活率和精子活动能力的改变是NaVO3生殖毒性最敏感的指标,其次是精子畸形率的变化,而精子计数仅见于长期接触高浓度钒方可出现改变。
【Abstract】 Metavanadae(NaVO3 ) were injected intraperitoneally at 0. 33, 1 .00 and 3.00mg/kg respectively to male mice. At the end of the second, fourth and sixth week after injection, five mice from each group were random sampled to study the total sperm count, morphology, moti-lity and the spermatozoal survival rate. At the end of the second week after exposare, the spermatozoal survival rate and their motility decreased significantly in the 4th group compared with control(P<0.05) .At the end of the fourth week,the deformity rate of sperm increased (P<0.05 ), and their motility more decreased compared with control (P <0. 01 ), the motility the decreased in the 3rd group.At the end of the sixth week,the deformity rate of sperm more increased (P<0.001), and the total sperm count markedly decreased in the 4th group compared with control (P <0.01 ),the total sperm coun also decreased in the 3rd group. These results indicate that NaVO3 may have an influnce on the development of sperm of male nice. To detect the toxic effect of NaVO3 on reproductive function, the most sensitive indicators are the spermatozoal survival rate and sperm motility, next is the merphological change, while the changes of the total sperm count can be only found after a long time exposure to NaVO3.
