【摘要】 Forskolin系天然植物中提取到的二萜类化合物，为腺苷酸环化酶的特异激活剂。实验发现它能下调成骨肉瘤细胞的EGF受体，抑制酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性，抑制转化生长因子α（TGFα）的基因表达，抑制3H－TdR参入DNA以及抑制细胞周期的S期，这均支持Forskolin对成骨肉瘤细胞具有抑制增殖的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forskolin, a chemical compound of DI terpene,extracted from natural plants, is a specific activator of AMP cycles. The experiment showed that it could downregulate EGF receptor of osteosarcoma cells and inhibit the activlty of tyrosine protein kinase, the transformation of growth factor(TGF), the incorporatzon of 3H- TdR into DNA and also S stage of cell cycle. All this proved that Forskolin has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of osteosarcoma.更多还原
