【摘要】 目的:观察美托洛尔对高血压患者血浆纤溶功能的影响。方法:51例老年原发性高血压患者,随机分成两组,在应用降压药物的基础上分别加用安慰剂和小剂量β₁阻滞剂美托洛尔治疗,时间8周,并于用药前后测定血浆纤溶活性（tPA）及其抑制物（PAI）和左室射血分数（EF）。结果:美托洛尔组血浆纤溶活性及左室功能明显增强。结论:β₁阻滞剂对改善患者血浆纤溶异常状态,阻止血栓进一步形成,防止疾病的进展有肯定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of metopmlol on the fibrinolytic system in aged patients with hypertension.Methods:Fifty one aged patients with essential hypertension(EH)were randomized to receive metopmlol(beta 1-selective adrenoceptor blocker)and placebo in a double-blind study 8 weeks. Tissue plasminogen activator(tPA)and Plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1)and ejection fraction(EF) were measured in citrated plasma samples before and at the end of the study period.Results:Left ventricu- lar function,tPA and PAI activity were significantly increased and decreased after metopmlol as compared to pretreatment values.The fibrinolytic variables did not change in the placebo group.Conclusion:Meto- pmlol improved the activity of the fibrinolytic system in patients with hypertension.更多还原
