【摘要】 利用缺血再灌注方法造成大鼠胃粘膜的损伤模型，观察戊脉安对胃粘膜的保护作用。结果表明：戊脉安无论是胃内给药还是肌内注射，均能明显地降低胃粘膜损伤，起到保护作用。其作用机制可能与降低再灌注期胃组织中丙二醛的含量，减少胃酸分泌有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 he protective effect of verapamil,a calcium channel blocker,on gastric membrane injury in rats induced by ischemiareperfusion and the possible mechanisms were investigated.The results showed that the treatment with verapamil before ischemia produced significant protection against gastric injury in rats induced by ischemiareperfusion.The mechanisms of protection may be related to the decrease of MDA in gastric tissue and the gastric acid output by verapamil.更多还原
