【摘要】 采用经颅多普勒超声扫描（ＴＣＤ）对肝阳上亢证及相关证患者的颅内主要动脉进行检测，结果发现：３２例肝阳上亢证患者大脑中动脉血流速度显著高于健康人组及肝火上炎、肝肾阴虚证组，且血流速度三项参数均具有相似改变，提示ＴＣＤ测定大脑中动脉血流速度参数可考虑作为肝阳上亢证辨证诊断综合指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intracranial main artery of Ganyang Shangkangzheng and its related syndrome were determined by Transcranial Doppler (TCD) Ultrasonography. The results showed that the blood flow speed in the mid cerebral artery of 32 cases with Ganyang Shangkangzheng was obviously higher than that of the healthy group, Ganhuo Shangyan group and Gan shenyinxu group, similar change was found in three kinds of parameters in the blood flow speed. Therefore, the results suggest that TCD in determinating the blood flow speed of middle cerebral artery can be thought as one of the diagnostic assays in differentiation of symptom and sign of Ganyang Shangkangzheng.更多还原
