硝酸银对黄瓜植株过氧化物酶活性的影响
EFFECT OF AgNO3 ON CUCUMBER PLANT PEROXIDASE
【摘要】 硝酸银对黄瓜幼苗过氧化物酶活性影响的研究结果表明 :硝酸银能诱导黄瓜植株过氧化物酶活性明显增强 ,酶活性增加的绝对值以茎尖的最大 ,酶活性增加的百分数则以真叶的最大 ;雌雄同株系较雌性系对硝酸银的诱导作用反应敏感 ;在一定浓度范围内 ,过氧化物酶活性随硝酸银浓度的增加而增加 ,30 0 mg/ L时达最大值 ;硝酸银诱导对不同器官过氧化物酶有明显差异 ,茎尖中酶活性在 2 4 h后达最大值 ,真叶中酶活性在 4 8h达最大值 ,持续作用时间在 12 0 h以上 .硝酸银诱导黄瓜植株过氧化物酶活性的增强是由于黄瓜对银离子伤害的抵抗反应 .
【Abstract】 The effect of AgNO 3 on peroxidase of cucumber seedling has been studied.The result shows that AgNO 3 significantly activiats peroxidase,with the absolute maximum increase in stem apex and maximum increase of percentage in euphylla.Androgying lines are more sensitive to AgNO 3 than gynoecy lines.In the certain concentration range,the peroxidase activity increases with the increasing concentration of AgNO 3.There is obvious difference resulted from the induce of AgNO 3 to the peroxidase between various organs.It demonstrates that the resistance of cucumber plant to Argetum ions injury results in the increasing activity of peroxidase.
