间隙升温处理对芒果内源多胺和ACC含量的影响
EFFECTS OF INTERMITTENT WARMING ON THE LEVELS OF ENDOGENOUS POLYAMINES AND ACC OF MANGO FRUITS
【摘要】 紫花芒果(MangiferaindicaL.)在冷害低温中贮藏,对其进行间隙升温处理,结果表明:芒果发生冷害以后,其内源SPD(亚精胺)和SPM(精胺)含量显著增加,但内源PUT(腐胺)和CAD(尸胺)含量的变化不显著;冷害还导致了ACC(1-氨基丙烷-1-羧酸)的累积。间隙升温处理显著地减轻了芒果的冷害,延迟了多胺及ACC含量的上升。
【Abstract】 Mango fruits were chilled at 2℃ , when chilling injury induced increase in polyamines levels, especialy SPD and SPM levels but had no significant effect on CAD and PUT. Chilling injury also induced the accumulation of ACC in the mango pericarp. Intermittent warming markedly alleviated chilling injury of mango fruits, delayed the increase of polyamines levels and the accumulation of ACC in the mango pericarp.
