【摘要】 二值图象压缩是一个比较难的问题，目前主要停留在无失真编码阶段，压缩倍数低。针对带有大量长线条的这类二值图象，提出将二值图象分割成两幅图：一幅由长线条构成，另一幅是原图除长线条外的剩余部分。对前一幅图用三次曲线拟合方式来压缩，后一幅则用无失真编码压缩。用计算机模拟实现了每一过程，结果为这种图象的存储提供了一种新的实用技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being difficult to deal with,at present binary compression is still in the stage of its distortionless encoding with low compression ratios.For this reason,the binary image with masses of long lines are segmented into two parts——one composed of long lines and the other of the remainder,the former being compressed by fitting the long lines with a cubic function and the later by the distortionless encoding,algebraic coding.This is carried out by the aid of computer analogue,leading to a new practical technique to store the binary images.更多还原
