氧化锌非线性电阻片无机侧面绝缘层的研究
STUDY ON INORGANIC SIDE INSULATING COATINGS OF ZINC OXIDE VARISTORS
【摘要】 为了提高氧化锌非线性电阻片(阀片)抗4/10μs大电流冲击能力,进行了无机侧面绝缘层的研究。对氧化锌阀片侧面绝缘层所用有机和无机材料的性能进行了比较。通过对氧化锌阀片无机侧面绝缘层釉的机理的分析,成功地研制出了一次烧成的阀片用无机侧面绝缘层釉,并介绍了应用效果
【Abstract】 In order to improve 4/10μs high current impulse withstanding capability of zinc oxide varistors, inorganic side insulating coatings were researched. The characteristics of organic resin and inorganic material side insulating coatings were compared. On the basis of analysing formation mechanism of side insulating coatings, once sintering inorganic side insulating coatings of zinc oxide varistors were successfully developed. Finally, their applications had been discussed.
