【摘要】 研究了新显色剂邻羧基苯基偶氮皮素与Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）在弱酸性介质中的显色反应。试验结果表明：利用此反应测定Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）的灵敏度很高，表现摩尔吸光系数达７．３ｘ１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，线性范围为０～４μｇ／１０ｍＬ。应用于锌样中微量Ｆｅ（Ⅲ）的测定，获得了满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Color reaction between a new chromogenic reagent ortho carboxyl poisoning azo quercetin and Fe ( Ⅲ ) in weak acid medium is described . Experiments show that a high sensitivity in determining Fe ( Ⅲ ) with this reaction is obtained. The molar absorptivity is 7.3 ×104L.mol-1cm-1,and its linear range is 0～4μg/10 ml. Excellent results are obtained in the determination of micro amount Fe( Ⅲ ) in zinc with this reaction .更多还原
