等离子体聚合法制备聚二乙胺
Preparation of Polydiethylamine by Plasma Polymerization
【摘要】 以二乙胺为单体,采用等离子体聚合法,在盖玻片等基片上制得了稳定性和附着性均好的聚二乙胺膜。考察了聚合工艺参数对聚合物性状及表现形貌的影响,红外光谱与元素分析结果表明聚合膜的结构具有高度支化与交联特征,且聚合膜中有一NH2和(或)=NH基团
【Abstract】 Thin organic polydiethylamines films with properties of good chemical stabil- ity and good adhesion to glass and other substrates were first successfully prepared by plasma polymerization with diethylamine as a monomer . The affection of processing conditions during polymerization to the shape , prctperties and morphologies of the polymer was investigated . Studies on IR spectra and results of elemental atalysis showed the polymer films had a very highly branched and cross-linked structure , and - NH2 & = NH still existed in the poly- mer.
