【摘要】 对105例胃癌死亡病例进行了17个指标及其83个项目的COX模型生存分析，该组病人的中位生存期为9个月，1、3和5年生存率分别为41．9％、5．71％和2．86％。结果显示：分期、治疗、首发症状和病程4项指标与生存最相关；结果提示：对胃癌应早发现、早诊断、早治疗，综合治疗；结果还提示：对首先出现的全身表现和不同病程胃癌的不同生物学行为特征要给予重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 A prognostic analysis of 105 cases of dead patients with gastric cancer was made by COX model analysis with 17 factors and 83 items from these factors. The patients’ median survival period was 9months,and 1-, 3- and 5-year survival rates were 41.9%,5.71% and 2.86%, respectively.The results showed that the stage,treatment, initial symptom and coures of disease were the most relative fac-tors to survival. The results suggest that it is necessary that the disease be discovered, diagnosed and treat-ed early,and be treated comprehensively.The results also indicated that attention should be paid to the initial general symptom and different biological behaviour of gastric cancer in different courese of disease.更多还原
