【摘要】 应用形态测量的方法，对中药R用于食管癌前病变干预治疗结果进行了评价。并与组织学结果进行了比较。结果显示：基底细胞层厚度在治疗前后统计学显示差异有显著性（P＜0．001）。而乳头高度，乳头相对高度和上皮厚度在治疗前后则无统计学意义。组织学结果经配对t检验显示两组间在治疗前后无统计学意义。结果显示：形态测量学可更客观反映组织的病理改变。中药R对改善食管癌前病变中的基底细胞增生可能有一定效果。更多还原
