Heilongjiang province has a typical distribution of seasonally frozen soil in China,which has formed an unique feature of ground water being very closd to the ground surface and very different from that in the southern China.This feature has brought a deep influence on agriculture and hydraulic conditions in this area,and the theoretical study on method for making irrigation scheme of paddy field according to seasonally frozen soil conditions has been made in this paper.更多还原
