【摘要】 用日立８３５－５０氨基氨酸分析仪测定了８只东北虎肝脏中的１９种氨基酸。方法采用保护性氧化盐酸水解蛋白质，分析采用包括含硫氨基酸微生物在内的５０ｍｉｎ快速分析法。所测得各种氨基酸（ＡＡ）含量较高，各ＡＡ之和达绝干肝重的６５．０８％，动物必需的９种ＡＡ需都存在于东北虎肝脏中，且比例分布适当，故其具有较高的生物学价值，为东北虎多方面的基础理论研究和实际应用提供可靠的资料更多还原

【Abstract】 Nineteen amino acids in the mixed s ample of eight pantheratigris altaica Tenninck are determined by HITACHI 835-50 AMINO ACIDANALYZER.Hydrolysis makes use of protective oxidation-hydrochooric acidhydrolytic method and analysis use 50 minutes fast analytical metyodwhich include the detemintion of thio animo acids .The amount of eachAA is higher than other animals.The sum of all AA is 65.08% inextremely dry liver.All of nine AA that are neccessary to animals exitin the liver of panthera tigris altaica Temminck,and the proportion andthe distribution of them are proper.There fore,the liver of pantheratigris altaica Temminck has very high value of biology.更多还原
