Beginning with the conoept of software reliability, the function of software reliability models in software development and evaluation is induced, and the classification of software reliability model and collecting method of fault data are given, The model - building process of software reliahility is stressed out especially, and through a practical example. Finally, questions to be noticed in the processes of building model are pointed out.
