掺杂对酸法铁黄制备过程的影响

【摘要】 研究了酸法铁黄制备过程中掺杂Zn2+,Ni2+,Cd2+,Cr3+,Sn2+,PO3-4等离子对晶种及铁黄形态和结构的影响,并初步探讨了杂质的作用机制。研究发现:掺杂离子改变晶种及铁黄的形态和结构;掺杂Zn2+可增加晶种轴比,减少枝杈和孪晶,优化铁黄形态。

【Abstract】 The effect of doped ions such as Zn 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Cd 2+ ,Cr 3+ ,Sn 2+ ,PO 3- 4 on the morphology and structure of seed as well as geothite particles were investigated in the preparation process of α FeOOH. The mechanisms of doping were discussed briefly. It was found that the doped ions would alter the morphology and structure of seeds as well as geothite particles, that the doping of Zn 2+ could raise axis ratio and reduce dendrites.
