【摘要】 本文着重对激素、年龄、胎次和超排次数四个影响因素进行了探讨。采用进口和国产FSH－P超排的供体平均获印数和可用胚数二指标均无显著差异；不同年龄段的供体超排效果差异不显著，但以3岁左右的供体超排效果较好；胎次对超排效果无显著影响，但相比之下以1产牛的效果较好；超排次数对超然效果的影响不显著；重复起排3次以上的供体获可用胚数开始减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article we chiefly inquire into four influencing factors (Hormone age number of delivery times and repeated treatment).Holstein cows were allotted to 2 groups and were given import FSH-P or chinese-product FSH-P respectly;In the mean number of recovered ova and transferable embryos there are no significant difference between the two groups.There are also no significant differs.ce among donors in distinct age stages. However,donors around 3 years old are bet ter on effect of superovulation. Number of delivery times doesn’t significantly influence effect of superovulation. In contrast,the cows delivered once are better. Repeated treatment doesn’t significant influence effect of superovulation. After treating 3 times the number of transferable embryos begains to decrease.更多还原
