【摘要】 目的：通过对2025份病例的调查分析，进一步研究院内感染与抗菌素使用的关系。方法：采取1994年10月～1995年10月住院病历共6759份，随机抽样调查2025份并进行抗菌素药物使用的统计分析。结果：发现抗菌素使用率高达81.03％，且种类多，予防性用药在抗菌素使用中占有。较大比重。结论：由于联合和重复用药造成细菌耐药、二重感染和院内感染的病增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to investigate the effects of antibiotics on nosocomial infection,we analysed2025 cases. Method: From Nov. 1994 to N0v. 1995,2025 cases of 6759 were analysed at random toinvestigat the use of antibiotics. Result: the percentage of antibiotics use was 81. 03% and most ofthem were prophylactic measwres. Conclusion: superinfection and nosocomial infection cases wereincreasing by bacteria-resistence for combination and repetition using antibiotics.更多还原
