有限元法在薄壁零件加工仿真中的应用
Applications of FEM in Simulation of Thin-Wall Part Machining Process
【摘要】 应用有限元法(FEM)对薄壁零件在加工过程中的受力变形进行了研究,分析了薄壁零件变形的特点。根据零件受力性质的不同,通过优化切削参数达到了控制零件变形的目的。
【Abstract】 Deformation caused by load bearing in machining of thin-wall part is studied by using FEM and the deformation eharacteristics are analyzed in this paper.It is pointed out that this deformation can be controlled through op- timizing the cutting parameters according to load bearing situation of the part.
