接触问题形状优化的边界元法及其工程应用
SHAPE OPTIMIZATION FOR CONTACT PROBLEMS WITH BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD
【摘要】 提出一种用边界元法对平面弹性接触问题进行形状优化的设计分析方法。讨论了平面接触问题形状优化中设计变量的选取、形状描述的方法以及目标函数和约束条件的确定,进行了灵敏度和形状优化的算例考核,并对航空发动机枞树形榫头/榫槽进行了形状优化设计的应用分析。
【Abstract】 An analytical method of shape optimization is put forward for two-dimensional elastic contact problems with boundary element method.Choice of the design variables and a method of shape description,as well as determination of target function and restrain conditions in two-dimensional elastic contact problems are considered.The numerical examples are carried out on the sensitivity and shape optimaization.Furthermore,the shape optimization analysis of the the fir-tree tenon/mortise in an aeroengine is carried out.
