气孔率及渗油量对陶瓷蒸发腔火焰稳定性的影响

【摘要】 在模型加力燃烧室上,对不同气孔率及不同渗油量时陶瓷蒸发腔稳定器的火焰稳定性进行了实验研究,结果表明:在主供油和主供油+渗油的情况下,有一个比较适宜的气孔率,此时,贫油熄火边界最宽。在仅渗油的情况下,气孔率大的陶瓷稳定器熄火边界宽。渗油量对火焰稳定性的影响与渗油量的大小有关,在本试验范围内,渗油量大的,熄火边界较宽,反之,熄火边界较窄

【Abstract】 A series of experiments of flame stability in ceramic evaporaton cavity with different porosity at different osmotic oil flow rate have been completed in a model afterburner.Experimental results show that,in the case of the main oil supply only or with osmotic oil supply,there is an optimal porosity respectively,where extinction limit of lean poor mixed gas is the widest,with the osmotic oil suuly only,flame extinction limit of ceramic holder becomes wider as the porosity increases.Concerning the effect of the osmotic oil flow rate on the flame stability,the extinction limit becomes extended usually as the osmotic oil flow rate increases.
