【Abstract】 Prefused flux is a new type flux of flux-cored wire. By prefusion,the flux-core is homogeneous;the melting time of the core is shortened;the hygroscopicity and oxidization of the core are reduced;and the gas-emission and sulphur/phosphorus contents are decreased.
