【Abstract】 I-BMIPP was prepared by isotopic exchange using Cu(Ⅰ) as catalyst in an ethanal water mixture. The radiochemical purity of 125 I-BMIPP was >95%, and the overall radioactivity yield was >40%. In rat, the myocardum kept about 2% of injection dose and stabilized in 3 h. It indicated that BMIPP is a suitable agent for myocardial fatty acid metabolism imaging.更多还原
