高比活度[甲基一~3H]胸腺嘧啶核苷的制备
Preparation of tritium labelled thymidine with high specific activity
【摘要】 以5—甲酰基尿嘧啶为起始原料,采用“二步法”:第一步合成了氚标记的5—羟甲基尿嘧啶,第二步合成了氚标记的胸腺嘧啶。放射性比活度分别达到1.6PBq/mol和2.2PBq/mol,再经酶促反应,生成氚标记胸腺嘧啶核苷,其比活度达2.2PBq/mol,放化纯度大于95%
【Abstract】 Methy1 3H] thymine was synthesized from 5 formyluracil by the “two-stepmethod”.As the first step,5 [hydroxymethy1 3H] hydroxymethyluracil was prepared with specific radioactivity of 1.6PBq/mol.Then [methy1 3H]thymine was synthesizedvia enzymatic reaction with specific radioactivity of 2.2PBq/mol.The radiochemical purity of the product was over 95%.
