用浸涂法制备飘浮负载型TiO2薄膜光催化降解辛烷

【摘要】 以空心玻璃球为载体,用浸涂法制备飘浮负载型TiO2薄膜光催化剂,用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和分光光度法等对催化剂的物相、形貌及负载量进行了表征,并以辛烷为石油中烷烃的代表,用气相色谱法测定了经不同时间光照后,辛烷残留的百分含量.经1h光照能降解辛烷90%以上.

【Abstract】 This paper reports that photocatalyst of TiO2 film coatings on the hollow microbead surface prepared by the dip-coating technique. The phase, the shape and the amount of TiO2 on the beads were determined by XRD, SEM and spectrophotometry. The model organics in oil studied was octane. Percentage moles of octane remaining in the solution phase was analyzed by GC through the various UV irradiation time . It was observed that more than 90 mol% of the octane photodecomposed in 60 min.
