【Abstract】 China is rich in salt resources widespread at all parts of the country, with a long history of extracting and utilizing them from salt ponds and wells since about a few thousand years ago, boasting many salt making techinques ranging advanced worldwide. According to productive types, she may have her salt production sectors catigorized into lake salt, rock salt, well salt and sea salt.
