络合萃取法处理癸二酸生产中的含酚废水

【摘要】 采用QH型混合溶剂对癸二酸生产中的含酚废水进行了萃取和反萃取实验研究,考察了混合溶剂中络合剂的含量、油水相比及反萃取温度对过程效率的影响,提出了络合萃取法处理癸二酸生产中含酚废水的工艺流程。废水中回收的酚返回生产工艺,萃取后出水中的酚含量达到国家排放标准(低于0.5mg/L)。

【Abstract】 Experimental studies on treatment of phenolic wastewater from sebacic acid manufacture by an extraction process with a mixed solvent QH as extrtactant have been carried out.In the experiments,the influences of the content of complexing agent in the mixed solvent,the ratio of oil phase to water phase,and the temperature of back extraction on the process efficiency was examined,and the treatment process flow was determined.The phenol recovered from the wastewater could be recycled to production process and the content of phenol in the effluent could meet the national standard (less than 0.5 mg/L).
