波段探测率D△λ*替代峰值探测率Dλp*的讨论
DISCUSS ABOUT WAVE BAND DETECTIVITY D*ΔλINSTEAD OF PEAK WAVELENGTH DETECTIVITY D*λP
【摘要】 文中描述了波段探测率DΔλ*的定义和计算方法,通过对空间应用的长波红外探测器的波段探测率DΔλ*与目标辐射源温度T的关系讨论,来说明波段探测率DΔλ*(和波段响应率)替代峰值探测率DΔλ*(和峰值响应率)的优越性,文中还给出了波段探测率DΔλ*的测试方法和实验计算。
【Abstract】 The paper describes the definition and the calculation methods of the wave band detectivity D *Δλ. Considering the space application of 8-14 μm infrared detector, the article discusses the relationships between the wave band detectivity D*Δλ and the temperature T of the radiation sources. The conclusion demonstrates it is advantageous making the wave band detectivity D*Δλ (and the wave band response) instead of the peak wavelength detectivity D*Δλ(and the peak response) . At last, the measurement and the calculation methods of the wave band detectivity D*Δλ are introduced, too.
