【Abstract】 To increase the capacity of 600 t NH3/d, excess oxygen which is available from existing air separation unit is put into the second reformer. Main items in the revamped process will be:all in one shifter,high pressure shifted gas goes to a unified urea unit to produce urea together with removal of CO2, four large compressors which are similar to ones used in Sichuan chemical plant of 600 t NH3/d,methanation, 13MP synthesis section.
