最小尺寸摆动从动杆弧面凸轮机构的设计方法
A Designing Method of the Minimum Size Oscillating Follower Arc Surface Cam Mechanism
【摘要】 从压力角表达式出发,构造起共有的F型和P型两类摆动从动杆弧面凸轮机构的类速度图,并将图解原理与解析手段恰当、有机地结合起来,研究解决了按许用压力角设计最小尺寸摆动从动杆弧面凸轮机构的理论课题。本文将这种方法应用于力锁合凸轮和槽道凸轮。
【Abstract】 Starting from the pressure angle expression, the analogous velocity chart of type Fand type P oscillating follo wer arc surface cam mechanisms are constructed. Combining the analytical method with the graphic principle, this paper puts forward the theoretical method for the minimum size oscillating follower arc surface cam mechanism. This method has been applied to force sealed and groove sealed cam mechanism.
