【摘要】 在我国寒冷地区进行旧房墙体节能改造是必要的和可行的。本文采用了一种湿作业方法进行旧房墙体节能改造。该法采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板为保温材料，以特制的金属固定件与原建筑墙体联结，以专门配制的砂浆材料喷射或抹灰，在保温层表面形成覆盖层从而构成混凝土－苯板复合墙体。文中还提出了相应的复合墙体构造，给出了节点处理详图并在一个试点工程中检验了方案的可行性。经过在足尺构件静态热工试验台上进行的测试表明，在寒冷地区传统４９０ｍｍ红砖墙体上采用该复合墙体进行节能改造，墙体节能达６４．６％。更多还原
