深潜器大开孔半球封头设计
Design Method for Hemispherical Shell with Hole of Deep-Diving Vehicle
【摘要】 应用Karman大挠度方程,将深潜器大开孔半球封头在均匀外压下的轴对称弯曲平衡问题简化为弹性基础梁的复杂弯曲平衡问题,分析计算了开孔后半球封头的承压能力理论计算与试验结果符合程度较好①
【Abstract】 From Von Karman’s large deflection equation of the plate and by assuming that a plate has initial deflection in the form of a spherical cap,the equilibrium equation of a spherical cap subjected to hydrostatic pressure is obtained,simplified and solved in the same way as an equilibrium equation of a beam on an elastic foundation subjected to axial and lateral loads. The method presented for calculating deformation and stress of a general spherical cap and spherical-zone shell in shipbuilding and maritime engineering is obtained and applied to the design for hemispherical shell with large hole.It is shown by analyzing the results and test data ,that the method has the advantage of simplicity and accuracy of calculation.
