【Abstract】 A method was proposed for determination of benzyl alcohol in benzyl alcohol injection by the fouth order derivative UV-spectrophotometry.Benzaldehyde did not interfere with the determination of benzyl alcohol,when the concentration of benzaldehyde was less than 16 0 μg/ml.The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range of 180～400 μg/ml,and the relative standard derivation is less than 0 5%.The recovery of standard addition is from 99% to 101%.更多还原
